CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber Module

CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber Module, suitable for medium to high-temperature environments, offers excellent thermal insulation and exceptional chemical stability.

  • Raw Material: Made from SiO2 (silicon dioxide), MgO (magnesium oxide), and CaO (calcium oxide), this module is designed for solubility and biodegradability in bodily fluids.
  • Features: It is biodegradable and environmentally friendly, providing superior thermal insulation and excellent resistance to acidic and alkaline corrosion.
  • Applications: Suitable for medium to high-temperature environments where effective thermal insulation and chemical stability are crucial, such as in industrial furnaces and reactors.

CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool Fiber Module HD, known for its high corrosion resistance, is suitable for insulation in corrosive environments and has a relatively high temperature classification.

  • Raw Material: Comprised of Al2O3 (aluminum oxide) and SiO2 (silicon dioxide) polycrystalline fibers, this module is engineered for high corrosion resistance.
  • Features: It provides excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, superior thermal insulation, and maintains stability at temperatures up to 1600°C (2912°F).
  • Applications: Suitable for insulation in highly corrosive environments and specific high-temperature settings, such as chemical processing plants and high-temperature industrial equipment.
