CCEWOOL® fiber boards can be used as backing insulation materials or installed as a thermal surface application solution, covering applications such as combustion furnaces and tuyere linings.

CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber Board

Low Biopersistent Fiber Boards offer excellent insulation performance and chemical corrosion resistance.

  • Raw Material: Composed of alkaline earth silicate, specifically SiO2 (silicon dioxide), MgO (magnesium oxide), and CaO (calcium oxide), these fibers are designed to be soluble and biodegradable in bodily fluids.
  • Features: These boards are lightweight, offer excellent thermal insulation, and provide robust chemical corrosion resistance, making them environmentally friendly and easy to handle.
  • Applications: Ideal for high-temperature environments that require effective insulation and minimal environmental impact, such as industrial furnaces and kilns.
CCEWOOL® Refractory Ceramic Fiber Board

Refractory Ceramic Fiber Boards are high-strength, easy to install, have low thermal conductivity, high heat storage capacity, effectively save energy, and exhibit good resistance to thermal shock, making them suitable for harsh environments.

  • Raw Material: Made from high-purity alumina-silicate fibers, which include Al2O3 (aluminum oxide) and SiO2 (silicon dioxide), ensuring high strength and stability.
  • Features: These boards are characterized by their high tensile strength, low thermal conductivity, high heat storage capacity, and excellent resistance to thermal shock, making them energy-efficient and durable.
  • Applications: Suitable for use in harsh industrial environments where long-term high-temperature resistance and protection against corrosive gases and liquids are critical.
CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool Fiber Board

Polycrystalline Fiber Boards are suitable for high-temperature and chemically corrosive applications, offering high-temperature stability and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion.

  • Raw material: Composed of Al2O3 (Aluminum Oxide) and SiO2 (Silicon Dioxide), with an Aluminum Oxide content of up to 70%, ensuring high-temperature stability and chemical resistance.
  • Features: These boards provide exceptional high-temperature stability, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and maintain high strength, making them ideal for extreme conditions.
  • Applications: Perfect for applications in environments with high chemical corrosion and temperatures, such as chemical processing plants and high-temperature industrial equipment.
