CCEWOOL® RCF Board LZ 2550

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Board LZ is a zirconium alumina refractory ceramic fiber board made from low-zirconium refractory ceramic fiber spun cotton as raw material, produced through a fully automated vacuum forming process. It operates continuously for 24 hours and dries quickly, resulting in better compressive strength. The surface is smooth, the dimensions are precise, and it is easy to install. It is a refractory fiber insulation material capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 1400℃ (2550℉). There are various standard thicknesses available for selection.

Benefits

  • Enhanced High-Temperature Resistance with Added Zirconia

By incorporating zirconia, the product effectively resists excessive shrinkage at high temperatures and offers exceptional heat resistance along with robust chemical and mechanical stress tolerance.

  • Fully Automated Production for Superior Precision and Stability

Using fully automated CNC equipment, our ceramic fiber boards achieve higher stability, flatness, and dimensional accuracy compared to traditional vacuum-forming processes, ensuring superior product performance.

  • Efficient Drying for Consistent Quality

With a fully automated drying system, each product undergoes deep and uniform drying within two hours, ensuring compressive and flexural strengths exceed 0.3 MPa, thereby enhancing overall quality and performance.

  • Precision Cutting with Zero Tolerance

Our fully automated CNC machinery enables precise cutting according to specific customer specifications and shapes, achieving near-zero dimensional error to meet high-precision application requirements.

Features of Ceramic Fiber Board LZ 2550

  • Low heat capacity, low thermal conductivity

This board exhibits very low capacity to retain heat and minimal thermal conductivity, ensuring efficient thermal insulation to conserve energy and maintain temperature stability.

  • Non-brittle material, good elasticity

This board is crafted from a non-brittle material with excellent elasticity, ensuring durability under mechanical stress without risk of fracturing or breaking, which is crucial for long-term performance in industrial environments.

  • High compressive strength

It exhibits high compressive strength, allowing it to withstand significant pressure without deforming or compromising its structural integrity, making it suitable for applications requiring robust support and load-bearing capabilities.

  • Excellent wind-erosion resistance, long service life

It offers excellent resistance to wind erosion and other environmental factors, contributing to an extended service life and maintaining performance integrity in harsh outdoor or exposed conditions.

  • Excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance

It exhibits exceptional thermal stability and resistance to thermal shock, maintaining structural integrity and performance reliability even in environments with fluctuating temperatures, ensuring consistent insulation effectiveness.

  • Continuous production, even fiber distribution and stable performance

Produced using a continuous manufacturing process, this board guarantees uniform distribution of fibers and stable performance, ensuring reliable insulation properties and ease of installation across various applications.
