CCEWOOL® RCF Board DB 2012

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Board DB 2012 is a refractory ceramic fiber backboard made primarily from alumina-silica fiber , natural refractory materials, and a small amount of organic binders. It is processed using a fully automated continuous production line. The product has a high fiber content and features characteristics such as high-temperature resistance, lightweight, and thermal shock resistance.

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Board DB 2012 can be used in various applications, including industrial kiln and furnace lining, wall lining, lining materials, insulation for electric heating furnaces, ceramic shuttle kilns, tunnel kilns, and roller kilns, providing strong support for energy saving, consumption reduction, high quality, and high yield in kilns.

Benefits

  • Ultra-Low Shot Content

Shot content is a crucial factor in determining the thermal conductivity of fibers. Using a unique shot removal process, our fibers achieve ultra-low shot content, demonstrating excellent thermal performance with low thermal conductivity and superior insulation properties in continuous high-temperature environments.

  • Minimal Shrinkage Rate

Strict control of harmful impurities is essential for reducing thermal shrinkage and enhancing heat resistance. Through rigorous raw material management, we reduce impurity content to below 1%, ensuring low thermal shrinkage and high heat resistance in our fiber boards.

  • Strongest compressive strength

Compressive strength refers to the fiber board's ability to resist breaking under pressure. Using a fully automatic drying system, the drying process is faster and more thorough, achieving deep drying in 2 hours with uniform results. This ensures the product has superior compressive strength.

  • Lowest Thermal Conductivity

Through strict quality control and high-standard production processes, CCEWOOL® minimizes shot content and meticulously controls bulk density, achieving the lowest thermal conductivity. This provides customers with exceptional insulation performance and more efficient energy-saving solutions.

Features of Ceramic Fiber Board DB 2012

  • Low heat capacity, low thermal conductivity

The board has minimal ability to store heat and effectively reduces heat transfer, providing excellent thermal insulation.

  • High compressive strength

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Board DB 2012 exhibits strong resistance to compressive forces, maintaining structural integrity under pressure.

  • Non-brittle material, good elasticity

The board is not prone to breaking or shattering and possesses good elasticity, allowing it to withstand mechanical stress without damage.

  • Accurate sizes and good flatness

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Board DB 2012 is manufactured to precise dimensions with a smooth, flat surface, ensuring consistency and ease of installation.

  • Easily molded or cut, easy to install

The board is simple to shape or cut using standard tools, facilitating customization and straightforward installation.

  • Continuous production, even fiber distribution and stable performance

It is produced in a continuous process, ensuring uniform fiber distribution and consistent performance characteristics.

  • Excellent thermal stability and thermal shock resistance

The board demonstrates outstanding stability when exposed to high temperatures and resists damage from rapid temperature changes, ensuring long-term reliability in thermal cycling conditions.
