CCEWOOL® Water Repellent RCF Blanket

CCEWOOL® Water Repellent Ceramic Fiber Blanket is a refractory ceramic fiber hydrophobic (water-repellent) blanket made from high-strength needled blanket produced from refractory ceramic fiber spun fiber. It features a solvent-based high-temperature nano-hydrophobic material as a surface treatment agent and is manufactured using a unique double-sided internal needle punching process.

CCEWOOL® Water Repellent Ceramic Fiber Blanket achieves overall water repellency for refractory ceramic fiber blankets and exhibits excellent hydrophobic properties, greatly enhancing the insulation performance of the fibers. It solves the issues of reduced thermal conductivity and insulation body corrosion caused by moisture absorption in conventional fiber blankets.

Benefits

  • Ultra-Low Shot Content

Shot content is a crucial factor in determining the thermal conductivity of fibers. Using imported high-speed centrifuges, our fibers achieve ultra-low shot content, demonstrating excellent thermal performance with low thermal conductivity and superior insulation properties in continuous high-temperature environments.

  • Minimal Shrinkage Rate

Strict control of harmful impurities is essential for reducing thermal shrinkage and enhancing heat resistance. Through rigorous raw material management, we reduce impurity content to below 1%, ensuring low thermal shrinkage and high heat resistance in our fiber blankets.

  • Maximum Tensile Strength

Tensile strength refers to the fiber blanket's ability to resist breaking under tension. Utilizing our innovative double-sided needling technique, our fiber blankets exceed 75 Kpa in tensile strength, effectively withstanding impacts in harsh environments and significantly extending their service life.

  • Water Repellency

Water repellency over 99%, addressing issues of increased thermal conductivity and insulation corrosion due to moisture absorption in traditional fiber blankets.

Features of Water Repellent Ceramic Fiber Blanket

  • Excellent Hydrophobicity

CCEWOOL® Water Repellent RCF Blanket effectively repels water, ensuring that its insulating properties are maintained even in moist or wet conditions.

  • Excellent Chemical Stability

The blanket exhibits high chemical stability, resisting reactions with most chemicals and ensuring long-term durability in various environments.

  • Excellent Thermal Stability

This product can withstand high temperatures without losing its structural integrity, providing reliable performance over time.

  • Excellent Tensile Strength

With strong tensile strength, the blanket resists tearing and damage during installation and use, enhancing its longevity.

  • Low Thermal Conductivity

CCEWOOL® Water Repellent RCF Blanket features low thermal conductivity, making it an efficient insulator that minimizes heat loss.

  • Low Heat Capacity

The blanket has a low heat capacity, allowing it to quickly adjust to temperature changes, improving overall energy efficiency.

  • Excellent Insulation Properties

This product offers superior insulation, effectively reducing heat transfer and maintaining optimal temperatures in various applications.

  • Good Sound Absorption

In addition to its thermal properties, the blanket also provides good sound absorption, helping to reduce noise levels in industrial and commercial environments.
