CCEWOOL® RCF Cloth 2300

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Cloth is woven from high-quality refractory ceramic fiber yarn and is a high-performance industrial-grade refractory ceramic fiber fabric suitable for high-temperature applications. It is lightweight, flexible, and available in various thicknesses, widths, and densities.

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Cloth contains a certain amount of organic fibers, which gradually carbonize and turn black when heated, without affecting its normal insulation performance. As the temperature continues to rise, the product will gradually turn white again as the organic fibers are completely carbonized. It is available in two variations, reinforced with either nickel-chromium alloy wire or glass filament, and it has excellent wear resistance and resistance to mechanical damage, maintaining high strength at high temperatures.

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Cloth is easy to manufacture, has low shrinkage, and remains flexible even after exposure to high temperatures.

Benefits

  • Ultra-Low Shot Content

Shot content is a crucial factor in determining the thermal conductivity of fibers. Using imported high-speed centrifuges, our fibers achieve ultra-low shot content, demonstrating excellent thermal performance with low thermal conductivity and superior insulation properties in continuous high-temperature environments.

  • Minimal Shrinkage Rate

Strict control of harmful impurities is key to reducing thermal shrinkage and enhancing heat resistance. Through rigorous raw material management, we reduce impurity content to below 1%, ensuring low thermal shrinkage and high heat resistance in our fiber textiles.

  • Maximum Tensile Strength

Tensile strength refers to the fiber textile's ability to resist breaking under tension. Utilizing unique production techniques, our fiber textiles possess superior tensile strength, effectively withstanding impacts in harsh environments and significantly extending their service life.

  • Lowest Thermal Conductivity

Through strict quality control and high-standard production processes, CCEWOOL® minimizes shot content and meticulously controls bulk density, achieving the lowest thermal conductivity. This provides customers with exceptional insulation performance and more efficient energy-saving solutions.
