CCEWOOL® LBP Textiles

CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber Textiles are made from soluble fibers combined with glass filament or stainless steel wire. Soluble fiber products are an innovative solution for high-temperature applications. Based on their unique chemical composition with calcium and magnesium, they can meet the demands of 1200°C usage while maintaining significant solubility and environmental characteristics.

CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber Textiles exhibit excellent chemical stability, remaining unaffected by most chemicals except for hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and concentrated alkalis. Even when exposed to water or steam, their thermal and physical properties remain unaffected after drying. They possess a solubility certificate from the European Fraunhofer Laboratory.

Benefits

  • Ultra-Low Shot Content

Shot content is a crucial factor in determining the thermal conductivity of fibers. Using imported high-speed centrifuges, our fibers achieve ultra-low shot content, demonstrating excellent thermal performance with low thermal conductivity and superior insulation properties in continuous high-temperature environments.

  • Minimal Shrinkage Rate

Strict control of harmful impurities is key to reducing thermal shrinkage and enhancing heat resistance. Through rigorous raw material management, we reduce impurity content to below 1%, ensuring low thermal shrinkage and high heat resistance in our fiber textiles.

  • Maximum Tensile Strength

Tensile strength refers to the fiber textile's ability to resist breaking under tension. Utilizing unique production techniques, our fiber textiles possess superior tensile strength, effectively withstanding impacts in harsh environments and significantly extending their service life.

  • Lowest Thermal Conductivity

Through strict quality control and high-standard production processes, CCEWOOL® minimizes shot content and meticulously controls bulk density, achieving the lowest thermal conductivity. This provides customers with exceptional insulation performance and more efficient energy-saving solutions.

Features of Low Biopersistent Fiber Textiles

  • Low Thermal Conductivity

CCEWOOL® LBP Textiles have low thermal conductivity, making them highly efficient at insulating against heat. This ensures minimal heat transfer and maximizes energy efficiency in various applications.

  • Excellent Thermal Shock Resistance and Stability

These textiles exhibit excellent thermal shock resistance and thermal stability. They can withstand rapid temperature changes and maintain their structural integrity, ensuring reliable performance in high-temperature environments.

  • Excellent Tensile Strength

CCEWOOL® LBP Textiles are known for their high tensile strength, which makes them durable and resistant to mechanical stress. This strength ensures longevity and reliability in demanding applications.

  • Sound Insulation

In addition to thermal insulation, these textiles provide effective sound insulation. They help reduce noise levels, making them suitable for environments where both thermal and acoustic insulation are required.

  • Easy to Cut and Install

The textiles are easy to cut and install, allowing for straightforward customization and application. This user-friendly feature ensures quick and efficient installation, reducing labor time and costs.

  • Asbestos-Free

CCEWOOL® LBP Textiles contain no asbestos, ensuring they are safe to use and environmentally friendly. This makes them a safer choice for both installers and end-users.

  • Chemical Corrosion Resistance

These textiles offer excellent resistance to chemical corrosion. They can withstand exposure to various chemicals without degrading, ensuring durability and longevity in chemically harsh environments.
