Our Low Biopersistent Fiber Bulk offers excellent thermal insulation, good chemical corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, and exceptional thermal stability. CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber is an alkaline earth silicate fiber primarily composed of SiO2, MgO, and CaO. It is soluble and biodegradable in bodily fluids, making it environmentally friendly and safe for both humans and the environment.

• Raw Material: Composed of SiO2 (silicon dioxide), MgO (magnesium oxide), and CaO (calcium oxide), this fiber bulk is designed to be soluble and biodegradable in bodily fluids.
• Features: It offers excellent thermal insulation, good chemical corrosion resistance, and exceptional thermal stability, making it environmentally friendly and safe for both humans and the environment.
• Applications: Ideal for thermal insulation in medium to high-temperature environments that require eco-friendly solutions and chemical resistance, such as industrial furnaces and reactors.

Refractory Ceramic Bulk Fiber are resistant to chemical corrosion, lightweight, high in strength, low in thermal conductivity, and possess high heat storage capacity. They effectively save energy and exhibit excellent resistance to thermal shocks, making them suitable for harsh environments.

• Raw Material: Made from high-purity alumina-silicate fibers, primarily Al2O3 (aluminum oxide) and SiO2 (silicon dioxide), ensuring high strength and thermal efficiency.
• Features: This fiber bulk is resistant to chemical corrosion, lightweight, has low thermal conductivity, and a high heat storage capacity, making it energy-efficient and durable against thermal shocks.
• Applications: Ideal for extremely high-temperature environments requiring robust thermal insulation and structural integrity, such as kilns and high-temperature processing units.

Polycrystalline Fiber (PCW) is composed of a large number of fluffy fibers (randomly oriented and longer in length). These fibers have outstanding thermal stability and maintain their original soft fiber structure at the highest continuous use temperature. CCEWOOL® Polycrystalline Wool Fiber Bulk contains no binders and does not emit smoke or odors upon initial use.

• Raw Material: Comprised of Al2O3 (aluminum oxide) and SiO2 (silicon dioxide) polycrystalline fibers, this module is engineered for high corrosion resistance.
• Features: It provides excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, superior thermal insulation, and maintains stability at temperatures up to 1600°C (2912°F).
• Applications: Suitable for insulation in highly corrosive environments and specific high-temperature settings, such as chemical processing plants and high-temperature industrial equipment.
