CCEWOOL® RCF Blanket 2600

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Blanket 2600 is made from high-purity alumina, zirconia, and silica as raw materials through a unique fiber manufacturing process. It possesses excellent insulation properties and exhibits extremely low shrinkage characteristics at high temperatures. Its long-term operating temperature reaches around 1350°C (2462°F).

CCEWOOL® Ceramic Fiber Blanket 2600 is white in color, flexible in texture, has good flatness, and is highly temperature-resistant, delivering excellent fire resistance and insulation. It is an ideal material for refractory, insulation, and thermal insulation applications in high-temperature environments.

Benefits

  • Ultra-Low Shot Content

Shot content is a crucial factor in determining the thermal conductivity of fibers. Using imported high-speed centrifuges, our fibers achieve ultra-low shot content, demonstrating excellent thermal performance with low thermal conductivity and superior insulation properties in continuous high-temperature environments.

  • Minimal Shrinkage Rate

Strict control of harmful impurities is essential for reducing thermal shrinkage and enhancing heat resistance. Through rigorous raw material management, we reduce impurity content to below 1%, ensuring low thermal shrinkage and high heat resistance in our fiber blankets.

  • Maximum Tensile Strength

Tensile strength refers to the fiber blanket's ability to resist breaking under tension. Utilizing our innovative double-sided needling technique, our fiber blankets exceed 85 Kpa in tensile strength, effectively withstanding impacts in harsh environments and significantly extending their service life.

  • Lowest Thermal Conductivity

Through strict quality control and high-standard production processes, CCEWOOL® minimizes shot content and meticulously controls bulk density, achieving the lowest thermal conductivity. This provides customers with exceptional insulation performance and more efficient energy-saving solutions.
