CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber Module is compressed from soluble fiber blankets. Low Biopersistent Fiber products are innovative solutions for high-temperature applications. Based on the unique characteristics of its calcium-magnesium chemical composition, it can meet the requirements of use up to 1300°C (2372°F) while also exhibiting significant solubility and environmental properties. This module is designed to meet the insulation needs of industrial furnaces under specific thermal conditions. 

CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber Module are produced with various anchoring systems for quick, easy, and efficient installation in most furnace linings. Module linings can improve furnace productivity and reduce maintenance costs.


  • Ultra-Low Shot Content

    Shot content is a crucial factor in determining the thermal conductivity of fibers. Using imported high-speed centrifuges, our fibers achieve ultra-low shot content, demonstrating excellent thermal performance with low thermal conductivity and superior insulation properties in continuous high-temperature environments.

  • Minimal Shrinkage Rate

    Strict control of harmful impurities is essential for reducing thermal shrinkage and enhancing heat resistance. Through rigorous raw material management, we reduce impurity content to below 1%, ensuring low thermal shrinkage and high heat resistance in our fiber modules.

  • Maximum Tensile Strength

    Tensile strength refers to the fiber module's ability to resist breaking under tension. The fiber blanket is folded according to specifications and compressed with a 5t press, then packaged under compression. It has excellent elasticity, effectively withstanding impacts in harsh environments and significantly extending its service life.

  • Lowest Thermal Conductivity

    Through strict quality control and high-standard production processes, CCEWOOL® minimizes shot content and meticulously controls bulk density, achieving the lowest thermal conductivity. This provides customers with exceptional insulation performance and more efficient energy-saving solutions.
