CCEWOOL® Intumescent RCF Paper

CCEWOOL® Intumescent Ceramic Fiber Paper is produced from a mixture of high purity refractory ceramic fiber, natural graphite fine flakes, and organic binders through a fiber washing process. 

At about 1200 ℉ (649 ℃), CCEWOOL® Intumescent Ceramic Fiber Paper expands up to maximum of 400% of its thickness. This feature serves as excellent material for gasket and sealing applications.

    Tear resistance refers to the tensile strength of fiber paper. Using a fully automatic drying system, the drying process is faster and more thorough, achieving deep drying in 2 hours with uniform results. This ensures the product has superior tear resistance.

  • Lowest Thermal Conductivity

    Through strict quality control and high-standard production processes, CCEWOOL® minimizes shot content and meticulously controls bulk density, achieving the lowest thermal conductivity. This provides customers with exceptional insulation performance and more efficient energy-saving solutions.
