In high-temperature industrial furnace construction and energy-saving upgrades, refractory ceramic fiber modules have become the preferred insulation material in industries such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, ceramics, and heat treatment. With excellent insulation, ease of installation, and strong rebound resilience, CCEWOOL® offers high-performance fiber modules made from premium ceramic fiber blankets through advanced forming technology, ensuring a durable and efficient thermal lining.
Premium Ceramic Fiber Blanket
CCEWOOL® refractory ceramic fiber module are made using high-purity ceramic fiber blankets produced in-house, offering low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, and minimal shot content—ensuring superior module performance from the start.
5-Ton Compression Forming for Better Density
The fiber blankets are precisely cut, folded into fixed molds, and compressed using a 5-ton press, then banded while under pressure, resulting in a compact and robust module structure.
Excellent Rebound Resilience for Seamless Insulation
During installation, once the binding straps are removed, the module rapidly expands to fill the furnace lining space, forming a seamless thermal layer. This compensates for fiber shrinkage at high temperatures and enhances overall insulation efficiency and furnace longevity.
Customizable for Various Furnace Types
CCEWOOL® refractory ceramic fiber module can be customized in different sizes and densities to suit various furnace designs and working conditions.

In glass melting furnaces and other high-temperature equipment, the back-up insulation layer is continuously exposed to harsh alkaline atmospheres during long operation cycles, along with frequent thermal cycling due to furnace start-ups and shutdowns. Traditional organic-bonded refractory ceramic fiber boards often suffer from powdering, odor release, and binder carbonization and delamination in such conditions. These […]

In industries such as precision manufacturing, metal processing, and aerospace, heat treatment equipment is facing increasingly higher demands for temperature control accuracy, energy efficiency, and structural stability. However, traditional insulation materials often suffer from high thermal conductivity, poor thermal shock resistance, and structural deformation. These issues lead to reduced thermal efficiency, elevated surface temperatures, and […]

In electric furnaces, electronic drying units, and heat treatment equipment, insulation materials are expected not only to retain heat, but also to ensure operational safety and a clean environment. Traditional ceramic fiber boards, though effective in thermal insulation, often release dust, generate smoke from organic binders, or deform under thermal shock—leading to contamination of sensitive […]
