CCEWOOL® LBP Module

CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber Module is compressed from soluble fiber blankets. Low Biopersistent Fiber products are innovative solutions for high-temperature applications. Based on the unique characteristics of its calcium-magnesium chemical composition, it can meet the requirements of use up to 1300°C (2372°F) while also exhibiting significant solubility and environmental properties. This module is designed to meet the insulation needs of industrial furnaces under specific thermal conditions.

CCEWOOL® Low Biopersistent Fiber Module are produced with various anchoring systems for quick, easy, and efficient installation in most furnace linings. Module linings can improve furnace productivity and reduce maintenance costs.

Benefits

  • Eco-Friendly Biodegradable Fiber

Our fibers are made from alkali-earth silicate (AES) components, including SiO₂, MgO, and CaO, offering biodegradability that ensures human health and safety.

  • Superior Thermal Insulation

With lower thermal conductivity, this fiber provides 20% better insulation performance compared to traditional materials.

  • Exceptional Mechanical Strength and Flexibility

With outstanding mechanical strength and flexibility, the module is easy to cut and install, adapting to various complex applications and significantly improving construction efficiency.

  • Globally Certified, Safe and Worry-Free

Certified by the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany and compliant with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) standards, it requires no carcinogenic warning labels.

Features of LBP Module

  • High Temperature Stability (up to 1300°C)

Can reliably withstand extremely high temperatures, maintaining structural and functional integrity.

  • Low Thermal Conductivity

Reduces heat transfer, providing superior insulation and energy efficiency.

  • Thermal Shock Resistance

Withstands rapid temperature fluctuations without cracking or losing performance.

  • Low Heat Storage

Stores minimal heat, allowing for quicker heating and cooling cycles to save energy.

  • Lightweight

Easy to handle and reduces the overall load on structures, simplifying transport and installation.
