CCEFIRE® DJM Insulating Fire Brick

CCEFIRE® DJM Series Mullite insulation brick is a new type of refractory material, which can directly contact with fire, characterized with high temperature resistance, lightweight, low thermal conductivity, good energy saving effect, specially suitable for cracking furnace, hot blast furnace, ceramic roller kiln, porcelain kiln extraction, glass crucible and various electric furnaces as lining. It is an ideal product of energy efficiency and longevity.

Benefits

  • Excellent Insulation Performance

CCEFIRE® insulating fire bricks have low thermal conductivity, effectively blocking heat transfer and providing exceptional insulation.

  • Precise Dimensions

The precise external dimensions facilitate faster bricklaying, reduce the amount of refractory mortar needed, ensure masonry strength and stability, and extend the lining’s lifespan.

  • Fire Resistance

CCEFIRE® insulating fire bricks offer outstanding fire resistance, maintaining stability in high-temperature environments and providing added safety in the event of a fire.

  • Customizable Products

They can be shaped into special forms to minimize the number of bricks and joints required.

Features of DJM Insulating Fire brick

  • Low Thermal Conductivity, with Good Thermal Insulation Effect

CCEFIRE® DJM insulating fire brick boasts low thermal conductivity, providing exceptional thermal insulation. This helps maintain stable temperatures within furnaces and thermal equipment, ensuring energy efficiency and reduced operational costs.

  • Low Heat Capacity for Enhanced Energy Savings

Thanks to its low thermal conductivity, CCEFIRE® DJM insulating fire brick has a low heat capacity. This means it accumulates minimal heat energy, demonstrating significant energy-saving effects, especially in intermittent operations where rapid heating and cooling cycles are common.

  • Low Impurity Content for High Refractory Performance

CCEFIRE® DJM insulating fire brick features very low levels of impurities, such as iron and alkali metal oxides. This characteristic enhances its refractory performance, making it highly resistant to high temperatures and chemical attacks. The higher aluminum content ensures the brick maintains its integrity and performance even in reducing atmospheres.

  • High Compressive Strength at Elevated Temperatures

CCEFIRE® DJM insulating fire brick exhibits high compressive strength under high temperatures. This ensures the structural integrity of the brickwork in furnaces and other high-temperature environments, providing long-term durability and reliability.

  • Precise Dimensions for Efficient Installation

The accurate appearance and size of CCEFIRE® DJM insulating fire brick speed up the brick-laying process, reducing the amount of refractory mortar needed and ensuring the strength and stability of the brickwork. This precision extends the life of the furnace lining and minimizes maintenance needs.

  • Customizable Shapes for Reduced Joints and Enhanced Efficiency

CCEFIRE® DJM insulating fire brick can be processed into special shapes, reducing the number of bricks and joints required in the construction. This customization improves the overall structural integrity and efficiency of the insulation, enhancing the performance and lifespan of thermal equipment.
