CCEWOOL® 650℃ Calcium Silicate Board

CCEWOOL® 650℃ calcium silicate board is a new type white and hard insulation material, characterized with lightweight, high strength, low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, cutting. The refractoriness is 650C, can be widely used in power plant, refining, petrochemical, building, vessel filed. The general thickness is between 25mm to 120mm, density ranges from 250kg/m3 to 300kg/m3.

Benefits

  • Precision Cutting for Easy Installation

Precisely sized, with polished surfaces and cut edges, ensuring safe and convenient installation.

  • Lightweight and Easy to Install

With low bulk density, it is one of the lightest rigid insulation materials, requiring thinner insulation layers, fewer rigid supports, and reduced labor intensity during installation.

  • Durable and Long-Lasting

Calcium silicate boards can be reused for decades without compromising technical performance.

  • High-Strength, Reliable Insulation Material

Boasting high strength, it resists deformation within its working temperature range. Free from asbestos, it is durable, waterproof, and moisture-resistant, making it an ideal choice for insulating various high-temperature components.

Features of 650℃ Calcium Silicate Board

  • Lightweight

Easy to handle and install, while reducing the overall structural load.

  • Low Thermal Conductivity

Minimizes heat transfer, providing efficient insulation and energy savings.

  • High Rupture and Compressive Strengths

Strong and durable, capable of withstanding heavy loads and mechanical stress.

  • Resistant to Water Contact Without Distortion

Maintains its shape and performance even when exposed to water.

  • Long Service Life

Designed for durability, ensuring reliable performance over an extended period.

  • Sawing-Worthiness and Easy Processing

Simple to cut, shape, and process, making installation quick and efficient.

  • Non-Toxic

Safe for humans and the environment, containing no harmful substances.

  • Non-Corrosive to Piping and Equipment

Does not damage or react with metal or other materials, ensuring compatibility and longevity.

Application of 650℃ Calcium Silicate Board

Highly efficient energy-saving solutions

Mainly used as insulation material for thermal equipment and piping in the power, chemical, metallurgy, petrochemical, textile and light industries, as well as insulation for building, ship and train.
