After graduating with a degree in International Trade, he worked for five years in the international trade department of a publicly listed company, where he accumulated a wealth of experience in inter-national business. With his keen understanding of global operating models and customer needs, he became an outstanding Sales Director for the company’s North American market.
In 2005, Rosen and his wife co-founded 'Double Egret' company, symbolizing the couple leading their team towards a further and higher future.
In the same year, he registered his own brand, CCEWOOL®, becoming one of the first enterprises to export a Chinese-owned brand. The 20 years of brand operation witnessed the challenging journey Rosen underwent to introduce a Chinese brand into the international market, evolving from skepticism towards Chinese products to trust and acceptance.
With over two decades of experience in international trade, Rosen and his team worked diligently to develop their brand. The CCEWOOL® brand established international standardized processes in terms of quality, category expansion, brand R&D, and after-sales systems, becoming one of the well-known brands in China’s export industry.
In 2013, he collaborated with experts in the field of refractory materials to co-develop a patented product for roof insulation.
In 2016, together with his wife, he established a branch of the CCEWOOL® brand in Canada, setting up a marketing department and warehouse. They collaborated several times with experts in the U.S. fire protection field, obtained multiple patents, and launched innovative fireproof products compliant with building regulations.
In 2023, Rosen founded the CCEWOOL® brand’s U.S. company and established a CCEWOOL® brand warehouse and exhibition center in the United States. Leveraging America's cutting-edge R&D and market information, he further collaborated with U.S. fire protection experts to develop more competitive products, enhancing the CCEWOOL® brand's competitiveness in the international market.
