In 2005, with the support of his wife Dream, Mr. Rosen Peng founded Double Egret Thermal Insulation Ltd., symbolizing the couple’s vision of leading their team toward a higher and brighter future. The company was officially registered in 2008.
In the same year, Mr. Rosen Peng and his wife Dream created their own brand—CCEWOOL®, making it one of the first Chinese-owned brands to be exported internationally. In 2008, the brand was formally registered in China. Over 20 years of brand development bear witness to the challenges Mr. Rosen Peng faced in bringing a Chinese brand into the global market—from overcoming skepticism about Chinese products to gaining international trust and recognition.
In 2006, Mr. Rosen Peng established a complete corporate CI system, introduced eco-friendly green packaging, and consistently conveyed CCEWOOL®’s commitment to high quality in cooperation with overseas clients. With its innovative and environmentally friendly image, the brand quickly gained broad recognition from customers worldwide.
In 2007, as CCEWOOL®’s brand influence continued to grow, Mr. Rosen Peng jointly launched the “CCEFIRE®” refractory series with affiliated refractory and insulation brick factories. Covering both insulating bricks and refractory bricks, the new product line established a more comprehensive sales system and was officially registered in 2013.
In 2008, during the global financial crisis when the industry as a whole was sluggish, Mr. Rosen Peng stood firm under pressure and successfully secured a major procurement contract with the Australian government. This not only helped the company overcome the crisis but also laid a solid foundation for future growth.
In 2009, Mr. Rosen Peng led his team to debut at the Ceramitec exhibition in Munich, Germany, where they engaged in in-depth exchanges with international peers and benchmarked against global industry standards. The feedback from the exhibition made him keenly aware of the urgency of product improvements, prompting him to decisively launch a technical reform and process upgrade of ceramic fiber blankets. After two years of systematic optimization, the products achieved significant breakthroughs in thermal insulation, strength, and service life, not only fully passing ASTM and other international certifications but also earning wide recognition from global customers for their outstanding performance.
In 2011, Mr. Rosen Peng led the team to participate for the first time in the Metec exhibition in Düsseldorf, Germany. By showcasing CCEWOOL® ceramic fiber blankets that met ASTM standards, the company won broad recognition and further expanded into international markets. At the same time, he sharply identified the performance gap in ceramic fiber boards compared with international advanced levels and immediately initiated a comprehensive production line upgrade. After a year of intensive equipment and process improvements, CCEWOOL® ceramic fiber boards not only fully met ASTM and other international standards but also demonstrated exceptional performance in high-temperature insulation, compressive strength, and flexural resistance, earning high praise from customers worldwide.
In 2012, Mr. Rosen Peng led the team to present the upgraded CCEWOOL® ceramic fiber boards at four major international exhibitions: Metal-Expo in Russia, Indo Metal in Indonesia, AISTECH in the United States, and Ceramitec in Germany. With their superior quality and strength, the products received high acclaim from customers, and demand for orders surged. Through continuous participation in international exhibitions, Mr. Rosen Peng not only gained a deep understanding of the latest industry developments but also engaged extensively with global clients, keenly identifying the growing market demand for low bio-persistent fibers. Against this backdrop, he formally proposed and promoted the production strategy for low bio-persistent fibers, positioning CCEWOOL® at the forefront of a new development phase that emphasizes sustainability, safety, and efficiency.
In 2013, Mr. Rosen Peng led the team to present CCEWOOL® low bio-persistent fiber products at the Foundry METAL exhibition in Poland. With superior quality that met EU standards, the products earned high recognition from global customers and drove a surge in orders. Building on deep insights into market demand, he spearheaded the development and launch of the high-end PUREWOOL series, officially completing trademark registration in 2015. This breakthrough not only addressed the industry’s urgent need for high-performance fiber materials but also further consolidated CCEWOOL®’s leadership in the international ceramic fiber field.
In the same year, Mr. Rosen Peng partnered with top experts in the U.S. fire-resistant construction sector to co-develop an innovative roof insulation technology, successfully launching a patented fireproof product that complied with U.S. building fire codes. This achievement marked a significant breakthrough in building energy efficiency and fire safety, setting a new benchmark for the industry.
In 2014, Mr. Rosen Peng led the team to debut at the TECNARGILLA exhibition in Italy, showcasing the PUREWOOL series and identifying the rising trend of customized solutions. He subsequently introduced high-temperature fiber shaped products, which have since been widely applied in steel, metallurgy, glass, and photovoltaic industries, becoming key solutions for enhancing equipment performance and energy efficiency.
In 2015, Mr. Rosen Peng led the team to once again appear at the Metec and Ceramitec exhibitions in Germany, showcasing lightweight customized fiber shapes that gained strong recognition in the European market. Subsequently, he was later invited to inspect a German client’s furnace construction project, where he perceptively put forward the idea of replacing traditional materials with high-temperature fibers. After returning to China, he organized an expert team to develop the modular system, driving an energy-saving revolution that shifted furnaces from heavy to lightweight structures. At the same time, he established a consulting service system, further strengthening CCEWOOL®’s capabilities in delivering professional and customized solutions.
In 2016, Mr. Rosen Peng and his wife established a CCEWOOL® subsidiary in Canada, strengthening the marketing and warehousing system to enhance localized services in North America. That same year, they actively participated in international exhibitions such as ICSOBA, the Biz 2 Biz Expo, and ALUMINIUM 2016, further showcasing technological strength, deepening customer cooperation, and expanding global market channels.
From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Rosen Peng led the team to participate in major industry events including Ceramics Expo, EXCON, the GLOBAL PETROLEUM SHOW, THERM PROCESS, ALUMINUM USA, and the Heat Treating Society Conference. Among them, four were held in the United States, where CCEWOOL® not only demonstrated its brand and technical capabilities but also closely aligned with North American customer needs, gradually building brand awareness, trust, and competitiveness in the local market.
In 2020, Mr. Rosen Peng developed and launched the “Ceramic Fiber Products Intelligent Manufacturing Management System V1.0.” He led the integration of this system with earlier technology upgrades to establish a fully digitalized control framework for the entire ceramic fiber blanket production process. This system enabled real-time monitoring of production parameters, intelligent scheduling of processes, and dynamic optimization of resources, significantly improving product quality consistency and production efficiency. It also provided strong support for CCEWOOL® ceramic fiber blankets to expand into global markets.
In 2021, Mr. Rosen Peng developed and launched the “Ceramic Fiber Products Quality Traceability and Statistical Analysis Platform V1.0.” This platform enabled full digital traceability from raw materials to finished products, along with big data analysis of quality performance. In 2025, Mr. Rosen Peng established a new warehouse center in Youngstown, OH, forming a dual-warehouse network together with the Charlotte, NC facility, significantly strengthening CCEWOOL®’s localized service capabilities in North America. This dual-warehouse synergy not only enabled faster delivery and more flexible inventory management but also provided stronger supply assurance to meet complex operating conditions and diverse customer needs. In the same year, Mr. Rosen Peng led the team to consecutively exhibit at six major international events—NAHB International Builders’ Show®, CastExpo, Ceramics Expo, AISTech, ALUMINUM, and Heat Treat—comprehensively showcasing CCEWOOL®’s product and technological advantages, further expanding its presence in the North American market and continuously elevating its brand influence.
